Featured Recipe: Competition-Style Ribs

Championship Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2 racks baby back ribs (2.5-3 lbs each)
- 1/2 cup 'Sweet & Smoky Classic Rub' (our shop!)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup 'Competition Glaze BBQ Sauce'
Instructions:
- Remove membrane from ribs. Apply rub generously.
- Smoke at 275°F for 3 hours (spritz every hour).
- Wrap in foil with apple cider vinegar & apple juice. Smoke for 2 more hours.
- Unwrap, apply glaze, and smoke for 30-45 minutes until tacky.
- Rest for 15 minutes, slice, and serve.
